Processing Time JAN currently operates on a pre-order basis. All items available in our store are made to order. By placing an order, you agree to wait for your item to be produced and dispatched within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Pre-order dispatch dates will be confirmed via email once available. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Once your pre-order is ready:
UK Shipping
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Europe
- Standard international delivery: 5–10 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Worldwide
- Standard international delivery: 7–14 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
